Hall Rental

Telford House is available to rent for private functions such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, reunions, and memorials. For further details please call the office at (780) 986-6160.

Our facility has:

Prices start at $900 per day and $450 for 4 hours.
Special rate for memorials $200.
Please call for more details on add ons like kitchen use and extra pre and post event set up and cleanup times.
Catering and bar are the responsibility of the renter.

A main hall, small hall and a lounge area with a fire place. These can be separated with the built in retractable folding doors. All areas are included in rental. Each space can not be rented separately.
A raised stage area complete with a podium and P.A. system;
24 folding long tables and 45 square tables with 150 chairs;
A full kitchen with 2 stoves, an industrial cooler, commercial dish washer, several 100 cup coffee urns, microwave, lots of counter top, plus cutlery for 140 place settings;
A large patio deck over looking Telford Lake.
