Alzheimer Support
Group
Our monthly care partner support group is a program we offer to those caring for someone living with dementia. This group is a great way to connect with others in a similar situation supporting someone with dementia. Here you can discuss topics that matter to you such as changes in relationships with family and friends and coping with changes in lifestyle, while also learning where to access supports and resources. This support group is drop in and runs the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7:00-9:00 pm.
